Speaking

Expertise and stories, told for the people in the room

Edy spent fifteen years at Bain, co-founding its Jakarta office and leading its Southeast Asia Financial Services practice. His specialties were financial services and commercial excellence, and much of his work meant leading change inside large organizations. He spoke at banking CEO forums and leadership events across the region. Today he speaks on both: the business topics he spent his career on, and the lessons in his books.

No frameworks for their own sake. Real experience, told plainly, with ideas people can use on Monday.

Formats: a keynote of 30 to 45 minutes with questions, a fireside chat or panel, or a small-group session with a leadership team, cohort or class.

In person in Singapore, Jakarta and across Southeast Asia, or online. In English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Every session is tailored to the audience, starting with a short call with the organizer.

Making Change Stick

For leadership teams, early-career professionals and alumni groups. The talk behind the books: the mentors who helped when they didn't have to, the mistakes that mattered, staying teachable, and why a seat at the table is an obligation to speak.

For banks, consumer finance companies, insurers and their boards. Where the next wave of growth will come from across banking, consumer finance and insurance, and what separates the institutions that capture it. Drawn from years leading Bain's Southeast Asia Financial Services practice.

For sales, distribution and commercial leaders, in any industry. How to get more growth from the customers, channels and salesforce you already have: sharper customer focus, a more productive frontline, and the coaching and management routines that make it stick.

For leadership teams going through a transformation. Why most change efforts stall in the middle of the organization, and what leaders do differently when change actually lands: clear choices, visible role models, and managers who are equipped to carry it.
